His experience includes service as a municipal police chief in California—one of the youngest in the state’s history—where he oversaw investigations, personnel, policy implementation, and complex operational decision-making. That background provides him with a practical understanding of how criminal and civil rights cases develop at the institutional level and informs his approach to litigation and appellate review.

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, with certifications in Criminal Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
